Start with the right role
Go to Join and choose Buyer or Supplier. Select the role that matches your intended activity: sourcing products and requesting quotations, or presenting your business and supplying products. Whether one business can hold both roles under a single account is [TO CONFIRM].
Every buyer and supplier account is reviewed and approved by the portal team before full access. Creating login details is the beginning of an application, not automatic approval. Google sign-in is available for buyers and does not remove the review requirement.
The exact form fields, document requirements and screen labels are [TO CONFIRM]. Follow the current registration form rather than relying on screenshots or instructions for an earlier version of the site.
Prepare your business information
Before applying, gather information that you can explain consistently. This reduces avoidable corrections and makes it easier to answer questions during review.
Useful preparation includes:
- Your business's correct name and country.
- A short explanation of what the business buys or supplies.
- Its relevant sector and sub-category.
- Your role and authority to act for the business.
- Current supporting business information, if requested.
This is a preparation list, not a confirmed list of mandatory upload fields. The team may need clarification about information submitted, but the exact review procedure is [TO CONFIRM].
Use the same business identity across your application and any supporting material. If a trading name differs from a registered name, be ready to explain the relationship. Do not present a branch, agent or distributor as the product manufacturer unless that description is accurate.
Applying as a buyer
Choose Buyer and complete the registration options shown. If you use Google sign-in, select an account appropriate for your business activity. Google sign-in helps access the account; it is not a substitute for company review or proof of purchasing authority.
Describe the types of products you expect to source. A useful description is specific enough to identify the right sector without exposing unnecessary confidential purchasing details. You can develop the full requirement later in a buying request.
Once approved for full access, buyers can post RFQs and send enquiries from product pages. RFQs have a separate admin approval step before they are sent to matching suppliers.
Applying as a supplier
Choose Supplier and present your actual supply capabilities. Identify whether you manufacture, distribute or otherwise supply the products you intend to list. Select categories that describe those products, rather than every sector that might produce an enquiry.
Prepare accurate product information, current photographs and realistic minimum order quantities and lead times. Supplier store setup and product listings should follow the controls available after approval; the exact dashboard menus are [TO CONFIRM].
The first 100 approved suppliers list free under the founding offer. Availability, offer duration and detailed conditions are [TO CONFIRM]. Starting an application alone does not establish eligibility.
Understand the subscription position
ATP's only income is an annual subscription for buyers and suppliers, and it charges no commission on trade. Subscription prices, activation timing, renewal arrangements and any refund terms are [TO CONFIRM]. Check those details before accepting a subscription commitment.
Payments for products are separate. ATP does not handle payments between users or buy, sell, stock or deliver goods. Buyers and suppliers agree their trade terms directly, including price, payment, delivery and returns.
Submit and respond to review questions
Check the application before submitting. Correct spelling, explain conflicting details and avoid unsupported claims. The expected review time, notification method and procedure for correcting an application are [TO CONFIRM].
If the team asks for clarification, answer the actual question and provide current information through the instructed route. Do not open duplicate accounts to bypass a pending review. If you cannot find an application status or correction option, the support route is [TO CONFIRM].
After approval, keep your information current. All buyer-supplier messages go through the portal, with email addresses and phone numbers hidden. Use the approved account for clear, authorised business conversations.
Next step: Begin your buyer or supplier application.
