Shipping Policy
We ship FOB Shanghai or Ningbo as standard. CIF to Jeddah, Dammam, Jebel Ali/Dubai, Hamad Port/Doha and other GCC ports is available on request. Lead time is confirmed in each quotation: typically 15–30 days for standard lighting and storage items, and 30–45 days after design freeze for engineered-to-order Sentinel masts.
Refund Policy
We supply B2B project orders only. Defects and warranty claims are handled under the warranty terms in the signed contract or proforma invoice.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders can be cancelled without charge before production starts. After production starts, terms follow the signed contract.
